All day at work Meg thought of AJ and smiled to herself when she thought of his lips and the kiss they shared. By six o'clock she was ready to get out of the mall. She rushed home, changed into a pair of dark blue boot-cut jeans and a dark blue shirt that brought out her eyes. She called AJ, got directions, loaded the groceries in her car, and picked up the movie on the way to the hotel. She drove around back because AJ told her to just tell the guards the name that he was staying under and she would be able to get in easier. She took the two plastic bags in one hand, locked her car and went up to the back door. The guard let her in easily with the password but there were no elevators in the back so she had to carry the two bags up 6 flights of stairs and almost died as she knocked on AJ's door.
*I am so out of shape.* She told him as he answered the door and he laughed, taking the bags from her and letting her in, shutting the door behind her. Meg breathed heavily as she stood in the compact kitchen
and helped in unload the food.
*What exactly are we making?* AJ asked as he looked at all the food he was unloading.
*Uhm, some lasagna.* She said grinning.
*You had to pick something hard!* AJ replied jokingly and she kept smiling.
*It'll be fun.* She said to him and he smiled at her and they started setting everything up to get ready. While cooking the pasta they talked and laughed and then had the most fun making the rest of the lasagna.
*Here, have some.* AJ said putting some spaghetti sauce on his finger. Meg opened her mouth and AJ missed her mouth purposely, smearing the sauce on her cheek and lips and she screamed and backed up.
*Jerk.* She said and AJ laughed hysterically. Meg leaned over him and took some sauce on her finger, quickly smearing it on AJ's nose and he screamed like Meg had, mocking her, which made her laugh even harder.
*Come here.* He said softly as he took her hand. He licked the sauce off her finger and then kissed her lips while she was smiling and he smiled too as she kissed back. While AJ was too busy paying attention to her mouth she got some more sauce and broke the kiss quickly, getting more on his cheek and both of them laughing hysterically.
About two hours later
*That was so good, I could fall asleep now.* AJ said as he plopped down on the couch.
*My cooking's been known to do that before.* Meg said in a conceited voice and they both smiled. *You can't fall asleep though cuz we have to watch the movie.* She added and AJ smiled at her. He got up, took the movie from the kitchen table and they walked into his bedroom.
*Get comfy.* AJ said nodding towards the bed as he put the movie in the VCR and turned the TV on. He laid next to her on the bed, both of them feeling a little stiff, but half way through the movie both of them were laughing and acting like old friends. AJ was sitting up, with his head against the backboard and Meg was cuddled up next to him with his arm around her shoulders.
*That movie was really good.* AJ said and looked down at Meg who was soundly sleeping, her head against his upper chest. *That's why it seemed quiet.* AJ whispered and laughed to himself. He gently removed his arm from her shoulders and laid her head on the pillows. He took her shoes off and kneeled at the foot of the bed for a few minutes looking at her. She was so laid back... she didn't try to dress up for him... she tried to be comfortable and AJ hadn't seen that in a girl in a long time. They were always trying to impress him. He put a hand on his short hair and sighed, throwing her shoes on the floor and walking to the door. He shut the light off, looking at her one more time, and then made his bed on the couch.

*Hey wake up...* AJ whispered as he put his hand on Meg's shoulder. She groaned and rolled over to face him, opening her eyes slowly and then not speaking.
*Oh no, what happened?* She asked as she saw AJ's face right next to hers and he laughed.
*I slept on the couch.* AJ said holding his hands up in front of him innocently. She sat up quickly and looked down her body, seeing all her clothes still on her, and she sighed.
*Good, no sex on the first date.* Meg said closing her eyes and falling back down.
*Technically, this is the third date. And everyone knows the third date is the 'sex date'.* AJ said sitting on the bed and she looked at him and smiled.
*Well we'll have to break that tradition.* She said and ran her hands through her hair, still laying down. AJ put an arm around her and on her hip and held her hand with his other hand. *What time is it?* She asked.
*7, I wasn't sure if you had to work.* AJ said and Meg groaned.
*Ugh, day off!!* She said pulling AJ by the neck to lay next to her on the bed and he laughed.
*What are you doing?* He asked her and she smiled with her eyes shut and her face towards him.
*Going back to sleep.* Meg replied and rolled over, taking AJ's hands and wrapping them around her waist as she pressed her back to his chest. She played with his fingers for a while, both of them knowing that they wouldn't fall back asleep, but Meg didn't want to leave yet. About an hour later they both got up and Meg went into the bathroom to brush her teeth and stuff. When she got out of the bathroom AJ had made pancakes and had them sitting on the table with some milk, already eating.
*Aww.* She cooed adoringly as she walked over to him and hugged him around the neck, kissing his cheek. They ate breakfast together and as Meg was getting ready to leave Nick burst through AJ's door.
*Whoa... didn't mean to interrupt anything.* Nick said and Meg and AJ laughed because she was on the opposite side of the room from AJ. *Hey, how's Sara?* He asked and Meg smiled.
*She's good.* Meg said and Nick smiled.
*I want to see her again, is she doing anything today?* Nick asked and Meg smiled at him as she picked up her keys.
*Well... you'll have to call her and ask.* Meg said and Nick smiled.
*Maybe, me, AJ, you and Sara could go out later today?* Nick asked and she smiled at him and then looked at AJ.
*Sure, I'll call you in a little while.* AJ said walking over to Meg and putting his hands on her hips. Nick made a gagging sound and Meg laughed before AJ caught her mouth and kissed her sweetly. *I'll miss you.* He said kissing her again and Meg blushed and smiled wide. They kissed for a few minutes and then said goodbye and Meg left, saying goodbye to Nick also.
*She is hot man.* Nick said and AJ brushed off Nick's comment. Meg was more than hot too him, although she was beautiful, she was special to him.
Meg and Sara
*Hey, you here?* Meg asked unlocking the door to her apartment and walking in, throwing her keys on the table next to the door.
*Yeah, where were you last night? You didn't even call!!* Sara said jokingly in a motherly tone.
*I fell asleep with AJ... he's so so SO sweet Sara.* Meg said almost in a whining voice as she hugged Sara. *I talked to Nick too, he wants to know if all four of us want to do something today.* Meg said and Sara smiled.
*Of course!!* Sara said and Meg smiled and then proceeded to tell Sara all about her night, starting with the spaghetti and ending with the breakfast.
The girls got a call from AJ and Nick a few hours later and all four of them decided to go miniature golfing that night. The boys weren't really up to it but the girls knew they would have fun. AJ and Nick picked Meg and Sara up at two in a 2002 limited edition Cadillac.
*Where'd you get the car?* Meg asked sitting in the front with AJ, who was driving, and Sara sat in the back with Nick.
*Borrowed it.* AJ said and flashed her a grin before driving off. Meg gave him directions to the miniature golf place and they were there at around 2:30. *I can't believe we're actually doing this.* AJ mumbled and Nick agreed with him right away.
*Come on, don't you like to have fun?* Meg asked hooking her arm around AJ's. Nick's arm was already about Sara's shoulders.
*Anything you want baby.* AJ said in a puppy voice and she smiled at
him and they stopped to kiss for a minute.
*Hurry up!* Nick yelled and AJ and Meg looked forward, realizing that Nick and Sara had passed them.
*I want orange!* Meg yelled.
*Pink!!* Sara chimed in and the boys smiled at each other and then their dates. They all grabbed balls and clubs and walked outside into the sunny weather.
*Hey...* AJ said accusingly as Meg kicked his ball on her way across the green. *Don't kick my balls!* He yelled and made everyone laugh.
*I'll kick whatever I want.* Meg said flipping her hair and then started cracking up. When they finished their game it was 3:30. They walked back to the car and got ready to leave. *Can I drive??* Meg asked excitedly.
*What if you smash it up?* AJ asked standing outside the driver's side door and Meg stood next to him.
*I promise I won't.* She said and he handed her the keys reluctantly. *Plus, you can just buy a new one.* Meg added and grinned at him as she drove away.
*We're not going to the hotel. So just follow my directions.* AJ said and Meg agreed, not really digging too much into it. When they started to get closer to the destination Meg looked at him funny.
*No fuckin way...* She said and Sara broke her heated make-out session with Nick too look up.
*What?* Sara asked and Meg smiled.
*We wanted you to come to our concert.* AJ said smiling at Meg and Sara looked out the window and saw the Fleet Center.
*Holy shit!* She said getting excited and Nick laughed as she kissed him.
